With a rich culinary heritage rooted in this historic locale, Samuel’s passion for food ignited during his formative years. He found himself captivated by the artistry of his mother’s cooking, as she skillfully prepared hearty meals for their family. Witnessing the alchemical process of ingredients transforming into exquisite dishes sparked his curiosity and set him on a lifelong journey of exploration.
Armed with his culinary education, Samuel embarked on his gastronomic expedition at Alisa Hotel. Over the course of the past decade, he has cultivated his expertise by collaborating with esteemed hospitality establishments across Ghana. Notably, he stands as a Co-Founder of SAMANDA Catering Services and holds the position of CEO at Guru’s Hospitality Management in Accra.
In addition to his remarkable professional accomplishments, Chef Sam serves as a valued consultant for GHACEM’s Catering department. His culinary prowess has also earned him recognition as a prominent television personality. He graces the screens as a celebrity chef and distinguished judge, prominently featured on esteemed platforms like GINO Cooking exhibitions and the Nestle Iron Deficiency workshop.
