Affectionately known as “The Prophetic Chef,” Chef Edmond’s roots trace back to Osu, a locale renowned for its rich culinary heritage. His family’s deep-seated culinary traditions further ignited his enthusiasm for the culinary arts. Armed with a culinary education garnered from the Swiss Hospitality Academy and HFST HACCP Food Training Institute, he boasts over a decade of culinary expertise. His journey has encompassed roles at esteemed establishments, including his current position as the Head Chef of Fabrimetal Company, alongside stints at Alisa Hotel and other prestigious hospitality enterprises.
Chef Edmond’s culinary prowess has not only graced the kitchens of renowned establishments but also the screens of television audiences across Ghana and Africa. His role as a celebrated TV celebrity chef and discerning judge in various culinary productions has played a pivotal role in elevating the culinary profession’s visibility.

He proudly champions the GINO tomato paste brand and its array of products, showcasing his commitment to exceptional ingredients.
